Shipping Policy
Krave ships eligible orders within Canada through Canada Post.
Shipping is available to Canadian addresses for orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $150.00 or more at no charge. For orders at or below $149.99, the Canada Post shipping rate is calculated automatically from the destination postal code.
For orders at or below $149.99, available Canada Post services load automatically after a valid postal code is entered. The customer can then choose a service. For qualifying orders, free shipping is applied automatically with no rate selection.
Orders are reviewed before shipment. Delivery dates shown in order updates are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside Krave's control.
Krave uses an eligible Canada Post service for the destination and contents of the order. Some regulated products can only be sent by an eligible ground service.
Shipments containing age-restricted products may require proof of age and valid government-issued photo identification at delivery. The recipient must meet the legal age requirement in the destination province or territory.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact Krave as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes may not be possible after an order has been processed.
If a parcel is damaged, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, email us with the order number and the available tracking details.
