The Uwell Caliburn AIR is a refillable pod kit for someone who wants a small device and a little control over the draw. At about 39 g, it is easy to carry. Its distinguishing feature is the way you can change both the airflow and operating mode through the pod, without using a screen or a long menu. Here is what that means in daily use and what to check before buying one.
What makes the Caliburn AIR different?
The AIR uses Uwell's G Pod Platform (GPP) and comes with a GPP Alpha cartridge. The pod holds e-liquid and contains the coil, so it is the part you refill and eventually replace. Choose bottled e-liquid separately unless your selected listing specifically says it is included.
The light body is the main reason to consider the AIR over a larger Caliburn model. You get a device that fits in a pocket without carrying a bulky screen or a separate tank. If a visible battery readout or direct wattage adjustment is essential to you, a different model in the range will make more sense.
